Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Administrator to join their busy team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Title: Senior Sales Administrator
Location: Oldham
Hours: 08:00 – 16:30 or 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE
Other benefits: Increased holidays after 12 months service and parking
What will your duties be as a Senior Sales Administrator?
- First point of call for customer enquiries
- Liaise with customers and suppliers via telephone and email
- Creating and maintaining relationships with customers
- Producing quotations
- Sales order processing
- Creating sales spreadsheets
- Group inbox and diary management
- Supporting the Customer Service Manager with any other tasks
The required traits, skills and background:
- A minimum of three years’ experience within a Sales Administration / sales order processing role is essential to be considered for this role
- Experience of working within manufacturing would be desirable
- A confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Able to perform calmly under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Reliable and committed
- Can work well independently, but also values being part of a wider team
