Mpeople Recruitment are currently seeking a Customer Service & Sales Administrator on a Part-Time basis to join a well-established business based in Oldham.

  • Location: Oldham (OL1)
  • Salary: In the region of £11.54 per hour / £15,002 per annum
  • Hours of work: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (5 hours per day).

The Customer Service & Sales Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of customer relations, with a particular focus on bespoke product sales, providing an excellent customer service experience, and building/maintaining strong customer relationships. This person will be responsible for covering online and in person sales, so providing first-class customer service face-to-face, as well as via email and telephone.

Duties will include and not be limited to:

  • Customer service – face to face, telephone and via email.
  • Sales order processing
  • Following the customer order from the sale through to completion, and problem solving if any issues crop up along the way
  • Dealing with new and existing customer enquiries, and using your product knowledge in order to advise on products
  • Attending events – these are irregular but frequent, and as this is a small business the responsibility to attend these events is split throughout the team in order to ensure sales opportunities are maximised
  • Liaising with suppliers as required
  • Relaying customer questions, concerns and feedback to the warehouse team and management team
  • Any other administrative duties as required within the business
