Position: Area Sales Manager – Eyewear & Optical
Location: North UK & Wales Territory
Salary: Up to £70,000 OTE + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Address customer problems/complaints effectively.
- Market Analysis and Sales Strategy:
- Analyse market trends to forecast customer business value.
- Generate leads and maximize returns from sales opportunities.
- Trade Shows and Conventions:
- Participate as required, which may involve significant travel.
- Product Knowledge and Brand Visibility:
- Stay updated on products, technologies, and competitors.
- Ensure brand representation/visibility in stores through collaboration with the Marketing Department.
- Internal Coordination:
- Work closely with sales operations, accounting, logistics, and technical service departments.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare weekly visit/sales reports.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience:
- Preferably in eyewear or fashion sales, but open to other industries.
- Skills:
- Organised with good time management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Effective networker with business analysis skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and a team player.
- Requirements:
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
- Right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
