Mpeople Recruitment have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join a thriving manufacturing business based in Delph, Oldham.
- Location: Delph, Oldham
- Salary: upto £30,000
- Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Thursday & 8.30am – 3pm Friday 100% office based
The Internal Sales Executive will seek new business from existing and new UK Utilities customers offering complete product portfolio.
Working within a small-team, your day-to-day duties would include:
- Liaise with Contractors, resellers and end users to understand product and application needs
- Assist with pricing /product configuration options.
- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships.
- Participate in relevant Teams meetings to build rapport with staff and customers where applicable.
- Prepare and issue quotations.
- Send product information and assist with other delivery and order coordination where necessary
- Sales inbox and salesforce case management.
- Work alongside inside and external sales colleagues to achieve collective team success.
- Communicate daily and meet with UK Sales team on monthly basis.
- Progress and record sales opportunities and trials
- Proactively follow up quotes with external sales and customers directly.
- Prepare information for monthly sales meeting. Documenting key order intake, general activity leads/ quotes /trials and forecasting.
- Participation in role specific and recommended personal development training.
The required traits, skills, and background:
- Experience in inside sales and understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications, and experience in CRM systems and reporting.
- Able to work comfortably in a pressurised environment and use initiative.
