Mpeople have a fantastic opportunity for a Metal Deburr Operator to join the expanding team of our well-established client based in the Tameside area. This position will work on a full time, permanent basis and due to the nature of the role, successful candidates will undergo 3 years of references and a DBS check.
- Role: Metal Deburr Operator
- Location: Hyde
- Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
- Hours: 8am to 5pm, with an early finish on Fridays. Compressed hours available.
Duties as a Metal Deburr Operator will include but not be limited to:
- Operating on various CNC routed and pouted and punched sheet metal
- Completing the deburring process to a high standard
- Working to scheduled completion timelines
- Carrying out inspections on work, checking for faults and damages
- Highlighted any defects/issues
- Validating work by completing rout cards
The successful Metal Deburr Operator will possess the following skills:
- Experience of deburring sheet metal is essential
- Good eye for detail
- Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods
