• Assist Conveyancers in preparing and processing legal documentation for residential and commercial property transactions
• Communicate effectively with clients, responding to queries and providing timely updates on case statuses
• Maintain accurate case files and client records, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulations
• Conduct property searches and liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders as necessary
• Support the team with administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth operation of the conveyancing department

• Previous experience as a Clerk or in a similar role within a legal environment
• Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and relevant legislation
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn
