If you are passionate about supporting clients through the conveyancing process and have previous experience as a Clerk with a background in legal matters, we would love to hear from you. Your contributions will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth transactions and providing exceptional service to clients.

  • Assist with managing the conveyancing process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance at each stage.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and updates.
  • Prepare legal documents, contracts, and reports relevant to property transactions.
  • Maintain and update case management systems to reflect current statuses and track progress.
  • Support the team with administrative duties including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Assist in resolving any queries or issues that may arise during the conveyancing process.
  • Experience in a Clerk role within a legal environment, ideally with exposure to conveyancing.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage positively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused culture.
  • Proficient in using case management software and other relevant technology.
