Responsibilities:

  • Assist conveyancers with the management of property transactions, including both residential and commercial properties.
  • Prepare and process essential documentation and correspondence accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Conduct property searches and collate relevant information for case progression.
  • Support in handling client inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing case files and records.

Successful Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Clerk or in a similar role within a legal environment.
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrating empathy and clarity when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
