Key Responsibilities:
- Manage residential property transactions from inception to completion, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Conduct legal research, prepare documentation, and handle client communications efficiently.

- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including estate agents and mortgage lenders, to facilitate transactions.
