Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential property transactions from inception to completion, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare documentation, and handle client communications efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional client service, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including estate agents and mortgage lenders, to facilitate transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding property and conveyancing practice.
