As they are looking to expand their market presence in Germany, I am looking to find a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join in promoting their brand and driving sales growth.
Location: Germany (remote work with national travel required)
Job Description:
As an Eyewear Frames Sales Representative for Germany, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client’s market share and fostering strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for promoting and selling their range of eyewear frames to optical retailers, boutiques, and key accounts across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Drive sales revenue by effectively promoting eyewear frames to prospective and existing clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with optical retailers and key accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Development: Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the German market, conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our client’s eyewear frames' features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate with customers.
- Training and Support: Provide product training and support to retail partners, ensuring they are equipped to promote and sell the products effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within the eyewear industry or related field.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Germany as needed.
