Hours of work Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm Friday 9am – 4pm, with one hour for lunch, Salary: £19,000 to £22,000 per year.
Sales Administrator Duties:
- General Administration duties.
- Dealing and responding to a high volume of emails.
- Responding to and processing customer orders.
- Taking calls from customers and communicating internally with other departments.
- Follow up order status, delivery enquires, report any problems and delays to both customers and internal staff.
- Dealing with customer queries through to resolution.
- General administrative duties required within the sales department.
Sales Administrator Requirements:
- Worked in a similar role in Administration, Sales Administration or Customer Service desirable, training will be given.
- Ability to prioritise own workload with a high attention to detail.
- Required must have worked in a fast-paced environment with ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Essential, must be PC Literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft office, Word, Excel, and CRMs.
- High attention to detail.
- Positive, pro-active, and flexible approach.
