Sales Administrator

Mpeople Recruitment are excited to recruiting on behalf of our client who are based just outside the centre of Oldham for a Sales Administrator. Our client is extremely well established and they have a great reputation within their industry.

  • Location: Oldham (OL8)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
  • Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 (dependent on experience)

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with customers/potential customers by phone and email
  • Processing sales orders
  • Collating picking/delivery notes for the warehouse
  • Processing Purchase Orders
  • Invoicing
  • Maintaining and updating customer details & sales records
  • Liaise with various departments regarding stock/production

Skills & Experience required:

  • A minimum of 12 months office administration experience is essential for this role
  • Experience working within a manufacturing business would be preferred, but is not essential
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and under your own initiative

Benefits:

  • 21 + bank holidays. After 3 years service get an additional day, 4 years another additional day, and 5 years another additional day. Capped at 24 days plus bank holidays.
