Payment & Refunds Advisor

Temporary, Full Time 5 out of 7 Days per week

Location: Morley, Leeds

Payrate: £11.44 per hour

Contract Length: 6 Month Potential to be extended.

 

Mpeople are currently seeking Payment & Refund, Customer Service Advisors on behalf of our client based in Morley, Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a unique and exciting role with one of the UK’s top 4 supermarkets that provides multiple benefits and great career prospects.

 

The Role:

This position is responsible for creating refunds into customer accounts. You will be in a dedicated team, working towards the goal of delivering exceptional customer support where necessary. This role requires excellent attention to detail and effective communication. You will need to be compliant and always adhere to process.
