We are currently supporting a global FMCG Brand in their search for Fraud Prevention Administrators

Key responsibilities:

This position is responsible for creating refunds into customer accounts. You will be in a dedicated team, working from fraud reports, to identify fraudulent transactions made on our clients website. While also working towards the goal of delivering exceptional customer support where necessary.

Chargebacks are mainly a result of missed fraud transactions, so colleagues must provide documentation to banks/police to defend transactions so the business does not lose money. So excellent attention to detail and effective communication is essential. You will need to be compliant and always adhere to process.

Previous fraud experience would be beneficial. A DBS will be required for all successful applicants.
