Are you an Operations Administrator looking to work for a well-established company who have multiple sites throughout the UK and internationally.  This a 6 – 12-month hybrid, fixed term contract you will work 2 days from home and 3 days in the office with a flexible shift pattern.  You will be based at the Head Office in Middleton, Leeds where your main function will be to support the production department in the delivery of statistics, performance and costs. Salary is £23,000 - £27,000 hours are 37.5 hours per week core hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm however, there is flexibility on how and when your hours are worked. 

Operations Administrator Duties:   

  • Dealing with and responding to a high volume of emails from internal departments.  
  • Internal and external call handling.  
  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports from data provided by the production department. 
  • All data will be used for local and centralised reporting and to promote improvements. 
  • Meet weekly reporting deadlines. 
  • Maintaining logs and updates on the company systems as per company protocol.  
  • Communicate any issues to the Department Manager as they arise.   
  • Providing our customers with exceptional customer service levels.   
  • Answer technically queries and keep up to date with new products.    

Operation Administrator Requirements:   

  • Must have knowledge of Excel inclusive of Vlook ups, Pivot tables and charts. 
  • Experience of Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook. 
  • Required confident in data entry with a high attention to detail and analytical in approach. 
  • Worked in a fast-paced environment and can meet deadlines essential.   
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise own workload, good communication skills, ability to build rapport quickly, team player.
