IT Support Technician
Location: Leeds + Hybrid Working
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 (DOE)
Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Hours: 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm
Holidays: 31 days including bank holidays + your birthday off!

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing IT services group that prides itself on delivering first-class support to clients and internal teams alike.
The Opportunity:
As IT Support Technician, you’ll be the go-to for 1st and 2nd line support, working both from the Leeds office and remotely, with occasional travel to client sites and other offices. You’ll be managing service tickets, resolving hardware and software issues, and helping maintain seamless IT operations.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing 1st/2nd line IT support to users across multiple locations
- Managing service desk tickets in line with SLA requirements
- Troubleshooting issues via phone, email, and remote access tools
- Proactively monitoring systems and escalating where necessary
- Supporting server, network, VOIP, and backup infrastructure
- Occasionally travelling to external sites for on-site support
What You'll Bring:
- Experience with Office365 (including Intune, Exchange Online, EntraID)
- Knowledge of server infrastructure (HP, Dell, Supermicro)
- Strong networking experience (VLANs, routing, firewalls, hardware)
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016+, VOIP & backups
- Full UK driving licence with business insurance
Desirable Skills:
- Linux experience
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCP, MCSA)
