Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Temporary - 6 Months Reviewed
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm
Hybrid working following successful training period
Your Responsibilities:
- Receiving inbound calls regarding enquiries
- Acting as a pivotal point of contact for dissatisfied customers
- Manage customer and colleague expectations through quality communication
- Manage the timely resolution of customer concerns
- Logging and updating systems with customer feedback and information adhering to GDPR and compliance
- Outbound calls to customers
- Monitoring and reporting discrepancies on customer account
Key Skills:
- Previous experience of working in a service delivery environment is essential
- Attention to detail is essential
- Ability to work under pressure and act decisively
- Ability to communicate with members of the public and have the ability to defuse situations
- A flexible can-do attitude
- Excellent communicator, written and verbal
- Must be efficient and organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines
