Customer Service Advisor - Office Based - Leeds 15

  • Salary: £11.90 p/hr
  • Hours 40 per week
  • Monday to Friday 8.30-5 / 9-5.30 During Training
  • Post training 40 hours on a rota basis Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 8pm & 1 Saturday out of 4 which will be 8am – 1pm
  • Hybrid working available after 12 Weeks
  • Free Onsite Parking

Key Aims

To support and provide the best customer care to customers, ensuring an efficient and convenient ordering process. You will be skilled in calls, emails and web chat; contributing towards a 5* Trust Pilot rating.

This is a demanding position with several key skills and processes to learn in an environment where your quality and productivity are measured and targeted.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with a wide range of enquiries regarding their accounts and orders
  • Taking ownership of customer issues to see it through and make sure it is resolved in a timely manner
  • Updating the customers records
  • Calling new customers to welcome them to the service and get all the necessary information to allow us to deliver a fantastic service
  • Accurately administrating customer account details on to internal CRM as well as use of Excel, Outlook
  • Responding to customer enquiries across several platforms (Calls. Email, Live Chat & Social Media)

To be successful within this role you will have the following;

  • Call Centre Experience
  • Have a positive outlook, with a ‘can-do’ and ‘win/win’ attitude

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter, proactive and forward-thinking
  • A quick learner
  • Able to work under pressure
