Mpeople Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Administrator based in Walkden.

  • Role: Customer Service Administrator 
  • Location: Walkden, fully office based
  • Salary: 26k – 30k (DOE)
  • Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with availability to work half day Saturdays (8:00am – 1:00pm)

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound customer enquiries by telephone and email.
  • Preparing and processing customer quotations.
  • Greeting customers visiting the showroom/site and providing excellent customer service.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships.
  • Processing orders accurately using internal systems.
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Developing a strong knowledge of the company’s products, systems, business and processes.
  • Working with management to identify opportunities to improve customer service and internal processes.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is proactive, self-motivated and able to use their own initiative.
  • Is flexible and willing to support the team during busy periods, including Saturday working and additional hours when required.
  • Has excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is confident using computer systems and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Has a good level of maths with the ability to work accurately with measurements.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and is willing to go the extra mile to support colleagues and the needs of the business. 
  • Is keen to develop their skills and knowledge within the business.
