  • Assisting conveyancers with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence.
  • Managing the case management system to track and update client files.
  • Communicating with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
  • Conducting searches and property investigations as necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Preparing completion statements and liaising with financial institutions.
  • Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or in a similar role within a legal environment.
