Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
  • Prepare and review legal documents and contracts related to property transactions.
  • Conduct property searches and liaise with clients, solicitors, and estate agents to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Provide excellent client service by delivering timely updates and addressing any queries.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and best practices.

Successful Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in conveyancing or as a Legal Clerk within the property sector.
  • Strong understanding of residential property transactions and related legal requirements.
