Are you an experienced Warehouse Administrator and would like to work for  a very well established international company who offer career progression and an outstanding  benefits package. There is a salary of up to £24,500 plus flexi time and an early finish on a Friday!



 The Role:

  • Maintain a safe work environment.
  • Implement daily production schedules to meet the monthly and annual production goals/metrics.
  • Timely and correct booking into SAP of received supplier deliveries within a 24-hour window. Checking supplier deliveries are as per Ariba shipping notifications
  •  Ensure that KMC product is packaged and stored within the KMC storage location safely and to meet quality criteria for product item.
  •  Coordinate to keep the Warehouse Supervisor abreast of requirement needs and schedules.
  •  Required to pack for regional partners and customers ensuring delivery expectations are met, through priority of delivery dates
  •  Ensure that You have all the correct PPE also materials required to perform the job functions, i.e.: pallets, cartons, cases, packing supplies, slings, etc.
  •  Work closely with Shipping on packing and schedule requirements.
  •  Implement and support cycle counting to ensure stock accuracy
  •  Implement and support with cycle counting through KMC to ensure count are being conducted and processed within the global process criteria and timeline
  •  Normal day shift working, but with a flexible approach to night shift working if required.
  •  Required to be Flexible to work within the other departments when required.

About You:

  • The Warehouse Administrator must have previous experience in a warehouse environment,   
  • Logistics would be beneficial
  • SAP systems and associated Warehouse systems.
  • Must be familiar with and have a working knowledge of the safe operation of all the equipment used in the warehouse operations including but not limited to, cranes, forklifts, saws, drivers, etc.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills are required.

There is a salary of up to £24,500 plus 25 days holiday, flexi time, on site parking and an early finish on a Friday, plus much more!
