Transaction Manager – Motor Trade (Bolton)
Basic Salary: £35,000 | OTE: £50,000

Mpeople Recruitment are working with a successful motor dealership in the Bolton area seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for a driven, customer-focused professional with proven experience in motor finance, F&I compliance, and team leadership.

The successful candidate will:

• Oversee and manage all finance and insurance activities, ensuring FCA compliance.
• Support and coach the sales team to maximise performance and conversion.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships.
• Achieve monthly finance and sales targets in line with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an automotive sales role, ideally both new car sales and used car sales.
• Strong understanding of F&I processes and FCA regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
