Mpeople are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Accounts Administrator for our client who is a large distribution company based in Openshaw.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business.

This is temp role, ideally starting asap and will be week to week.

Joining a finance team of 6 you will be responsible for supporting the Accounts departments general functions.

Salary: £13.00 per hr

Hours of work will be: 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday – Thursday & 8:30am to 4:00pm Friday, 1 hour for lunch will also be given.

Job Description

· Posting invoices daily

· Process bank deposits

· Reconcile financial statements

· Prepare, send and store invoices

· Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments

· Ensure all accounting documentation is correctly stored and highly visible

· Identify and address discrepancies
