• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to conclusion.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in a variety of personal injury matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless case management.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Negotiate settlement offers and represent clients in hearings or court as necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate case records and documentation.

• Qualified Solicitor (or CILEx) with a focus on personal injury law.
