Mpeople Recruitment have an exciting opportunity to join our clients growing team working as an Administrator who can also work on warm leads and contact new and existing business dealing with quotes and renewals both face to face and over the phone.
This is the perfect role for an individual with a strong administration background who enjoys interaction on the phone and face to face in the branch, preferably in commercial property insurance or similar
This position is based in the Halifax area and is 100% office based 5 days a week.
We are looking for candidates who have an ambitious nature, act responsively in a team environment and demonstrate an appetite for excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver growth and generate business opportunities in the commercial sector
- Work with their existing and new Clients and Brokers to understand their business needs
- Dealing with any quotations and renewal policies
- Demonstrate strong team working ability in order to create excellent relationships to ensure the business achieves defined goals and targets.
- Administration
Experience required:
- A strong commercial business development background and the ability to manage and retain an existing portfolio of clients.
- Be able to generate new opportunities and follow these up to build a strong pipeline.
- Look after existing clients and build relationships
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
