We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join our reputable client who is based in Irlam.
Role Details:
- Position Title: Sales Administrator / Order Processor
- Location: Irlam
- Hours: Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm – fully office based
Purpose of the role:
- Supporting the team with processing of orders.
- Purchasing of requested material for client jobs.
- Raising clients’ concerns and needs to the account managers the senior management team.
- Answering the phone and dealing with client queries
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Work alongside the production team to ensure client orders are processed and completed in a timely manner.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings.
- Managing timelines and deadlines your customers need to meet to ensure production milestones are achieved
- Accountability of your own workload and supporting the team to cover annual leave.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to take own initiative.
- Team player and willing to offer support when required.
