Mpeople are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Administrator for our client who are a manufacturing company based in Bredbury.

Salary: maximum £26,000

 

Hours of work: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator who is driven and motivated and has the ability to learn and pick up new process’s.

 

General Administration tasks

  • Arranging company meeting times, taking mtg notes, creating/collating agendas/presentations and following up actions
  • Booking company travel arrangements
  • Legal checks administration – making sure H&S, employee training, fire safety, insurance, vehicle checks documentation are up to date
  • Attending/running Admin Ops Mtg
  • Follow up administrator, keeping departments responsible to time commitments
  • Arranging staff breakfast/lunch, canteen food
  • Available to support on general administration to suit needs of business
  • Arranging company staff and customer gifts and promotional products
  • HR admin – arranging required documentation and meetings, supporting in recruitment and recruitment documentation
  • Ordering required uniform
  • Updating SOP when required
  • Other data entry

Sales & Purchasing, Customer Care Administration

  • Order-processing – entering orders from inbound calls and emails, giving customers order updates, chasing and giving delivery tracking updates  (Have initial understanding of the products we sell)
  • Taking over phone payments
  • Courier tracking/chasing, collating PODS
  • Complaint handling
  • Allocating stock and instructing production to progress with orders
  • Purchasing admin – chasing imports, chasing suppliers, updating ERP system
  • Monitors the purchasing@diaquip.co.uk email inbox, routes through important emails
  • Order-scheduling – working with production to ensure order fulfilment
  • Important skills – Clear talking, product knowledge of ERP codes, ERP experience/knowledge (Intact IQ), proficient in Outlook and 365 apps

Receptionist/Answers phone

  • Routes call through to right person
  • Enterers orders from customers into ERP

Marketing

  • Manages Linked-In
  • Website admin and news updates
  • Creates and sends out e-shots
  • Designs and develops marketing collateral and promotional items with third party artists
