Join our client, a well-established construction company based in East Leeds, as a Permanent Sales Administrator.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives working in a fast paced customer focused position.
Our client a growing organisation is seeking dedicated Sales Administrators to support with timely processing of Sales orders, whilst dealing with customer queries over the phone and email.
Duties and experience will include:
- Manage customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships throughout the order and delivery process
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and contracts accurately.
- Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Organise collections returns or replacements if required
- Ensure timely management of the email order inbox
- Previous experience is a similar role or merchants position would be desirable but not a must
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent time management skills
