Mpeople are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Administrator for our client who are a manufacturing company based in Oldham.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business.

 

Salary: maximum £23,000

 

Hours of work: 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator who is driven and motivated and has the ability to learn and pick up new process’s.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and following up on information in the ERP
  • Running reports
  • Dealing with enquiries from other departments within the business.
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Supporting managers and supervisors across the business with any queries or issues they may have

Skills & Experience:

 

  • Previous Sales Order Processing experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organised
  • Ability to work as part of a small team
  • Computer literate, ERP Software and MS Office
  • Experience of using an MRP system
