Mpeople Recruitment are excited to recruiting on behalf of our client who are based just outside the centre of Oldham for a Sales Administrator. Our client is extremely well established and they have a great reputation within their industry.
- Location: Oldham (OL8)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
- Salary: Up to £23,300 (dependent on experience)
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Dealing with customers/potential customers by phone and email
- Processing sales orders
- Collating picking/delivery notes for the warehouse
- Processing Purchase Orders
- Invoicing
- Maintaining and updating customer details & sales records
- Liaise with various departments regarding stock/production
Skills & Experience required:
- A minimum of 12 months office administration experience is essential for this role
- Experience working within a manufacturing business would be preferred, but is not essential
- A high level of computer literacy
- Excellent telephone manner
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and under your own initiative
Benefits:
- 21 + bank holidays. After 3 years service get an additional day, 4 years another additional day, and 5 years another additional day. Capped at 24 days plus bank holidays.
