Mpeople recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a thriving manufacturing business based in Rochdale on a full time, permanent basis.

Our client is looking for someone with an inquisitive, analytical mind and strong communication skills.

You will be working in a small team and this role will require you work independently and be able to make decisions on your own.

The client needs a candidate with great communication skills, an eye for details and the ability to understand measurements and dimensions.

Role: Sales Administrator

Location: Rochdale

Salary: upto £35,000

Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday – hours could be changed slightly

Duties:

  • Dealing with all customer enquiries via email and telephone
  • Keying in technical sales orders
  • Reporting directly into the MD
  • Filing, scanning invoices and statements
  • Tracking deliveries
  • Dealing with customer issues, providing a POD and dealing with any damaged items
  • Processing quotations
  • Processing customer orders
  • Liaising with the shop floor regarding timescales

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Enthusiastic & able to work cooperatively with different departments.
  • Able to work in a busy environment and meet deadlines whilst attention to detail is paramount.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Excellent forecasting skills.
