Temporary contract until the end of July with the possibility to be extended a further 3 months.

£18.50 - £24.00 per hour depending on experience

Are you currently an Recruitment Business Partner/Recruitment professional - immediately available for work?  I am actively recruiting for an HR Business Partner on a Temporary basis to join this influential company within the Education sector - Enhanced DBS will be required for this role.

You will be a crucial member of the People Services team, ensure the company achieves its vision of becoming Employer of Choice. You will promote the company within the community and local area.  You will be responsible for attracting the best talent via branding and creative advertising, for a number of different teams.

HR Business Patrner duties to Include:

A large amount of Talent Acquisition and recruitment advise 

Takes ownership of the recruitment process - liaising with hiring managers to ensure you are able to attract the best person for the role within set timescales

Create and post adverts

Keeping the potential candidates up to date with the process, be involved in the interview and selection process coupled with the offer process

Statutory pre-employment checks and onboarding

Providing feedback to potential candidates

Work closely with the Executive team, with all matters relating to recruitment and strategic workforce planning

Work closely with the HR Function

Develops and Delivers all aspects of reporting

Liaise with key stakeholders

Project Management

The ideal candidate should have experience within a similar role, in particular string experience within Talent Management. Have strong organisational skills and a caring manner.
