Monday to Friday
- Ensure estimates are completed in a timely manner and update clients
- Following up past estimates and enquiries
- Provide an excellent customer service
- To create and produce accurate estimates from drawings
- all administrative tasks, including answering telephones, replying to e-mails, processing purchase orders.
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products/services
- Advise customers on the right products and recommendations
Qualifications and Skills required:
- Computer literacy with good typing skills (desirable)
- Good telephone manner
- Good work ethic, taking pride in your work
- Highly organised
- Flexible approach and friendly personality
- Previous Administration skills
