What You’ll Need:
- Proven production experience
- Supervisor or Team Leader background – able to maintain workflow and keep the line running smoothly
- Experience operating CNC machines
- Knowledge of lamination machines advantageous
- Ability to follow production plans and set up the day for the team
- Strong people management skills
- Attention to detail – spotting areas that need repair or improvement
CNC and production experience is essential.
