PPE Sales Executive

Halifax/Elland area

£24K - 30K plus benefits depending on experience.

Seeking a motivated sales representative to join a growing sales and customer success team. The internal sales customer success representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, ensuring a smooth sales process and achieving excellent customer satisfaction. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

What would be your responsibilities?

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Become an expert in health and safety products to advise customers accordingly
  • Work closely with Billing and Marketing teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues.
  • Be a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and Development.
  • Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth.
