Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build PCBs to exact specifications, adhering to the highest quality standards
  • Conduct thorough testing, inspection, and calibration of final products
  • Maintain a clean and efficient working area, while ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Proactively seek continuous improvement opportunities and provide feedback to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in ongoing training and development initiatives

What the Ideal Candidate Will Look Like:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in PCB testing, inspection, and calibration
  • Proficiency in completing test and inspection certificates
  • Background in electronics manufacturing, preferably with extensive experience in through-hole assembly and PCB testing
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for inspecting components at the microscopic level
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
