Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build PCBs to exact specifications, adhering to the highest quality standards
- Conduct thorough testing, inspection, and calibration of final products
- Maintain a clean and efficient working area, while ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks
- Proactively seek continuous improvement opportunities and provide feedback to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in ongoing training and development initiatives
What the Ideal Candidate Will Look Like:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in PCB testing, inspection, and calibration
- Proficiency in completing test and inspection certificates
- Background in electronics manufacturing, preferably with extensive experience in through-hole assembly and PCB testing
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for inspecting components at the microscopic level
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
