Part Time HR Administrator

Mpeople Recruitment are looking for a HR & Operations Administrator on behalf of our client based in Royton, Oldham.

Our client are looking for somebody on a Part-Time basis to cover maternity leave (approx. 6 months)

  • Salary: Negotiable dependent on relevant experience
  • Location: Royton, Oldham (OL2)
  • Working Hours:25 hours per week – 5 hours per day, 5 days per week
  • Contract Length: 6 months approx., starting ASAP

This individual will support within the HR team to assist with administrative work, such as time and attendance monitoring, keeping personnel files up to date, supporting the wider HR team with employment contracts and new starters, and any other administrative support as required.

Skills, experience and attributes required:

  • Experience within HR administration would be desirable but is not essential
  • Strong CRM and Microsoft skills are essential
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to organise and prioritise own workload
  • Great team player that is helpful, and willing to support a wider team
  • Available to start a role ASAP
