Huddersfield - Hybrid working

Up to £28K -£32K plus excellent benefits

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated PA to support the Chief Executive and senior management team in a non-profit organisation.

The role requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior management team
  • Management of calendars and schedule meetings
  • Typing and drafting replies on the CEOs behalf
  • Prepare meeting documents and take minutes
  • Organise and facilitate board meetings, AGM's etc
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Assist the CEO and Management team with all aspects of diary management
  • Taking call and messages as appropriate
  • Work closely with HR to manage sickness, holidays etc
  • Management of stationary supplies

Key Skills

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion
