PA to CEO
Huddersfield - Hybrid working
Up to £28K -£32K plus excellent benefits
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated PA to support the Chief Executive and senior management team in a non-profit organisation.
The role requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a strong attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior management team
- Management of calendars and schedule meetings
- Typing and drafting replies on the CEOs behalf
- Prepare meeting documents and take minutes
- Organise and facilitate board meetings, AGM's etc
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Assist the CEO and Management team with all aspects of diary management
- Taking call and messages as appropriate
- Work closely with HR to manage sickness, holidays etc
- Management of stationary supplies
Key Skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion
