Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

We are supporting our client in recruiting a compassionate and proactive Customer Services Administrator to join their expanding team within the healthcare sector. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the ongoing wellbeing and safety of vulnerable clients, so empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Client Wellbeing Calls:
Using the company’s dashboard, you will contact clients who have shown no recent activity to check on their welfare, offering reassurance and escalating concerns where necessary.

Maintaining Regular Contact:
Building strong, supportive relationships by keeping in touch with clients on a routine basis, ensuring they feel valued and supported.

Accurate CRM Updates:
Recording all interactions, wellbeing checks, and relevant information clearly and accurately within the CRM system.

General Administrative Support:
Assisting the wider team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. This may include data entry, handling enquiries, and supporting internal processes.
Skills & Attributes Required
- A warm, empathetic, and patient manner
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Confidence making outbound calls
- Good attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and supportive in sensitive situations
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a support-related role is beneficial but not essential
