Order Processor

Location: Salford

Salary: Circa £35,000 - £45,000

Mpeople Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading manufacturer based in Salford who are seeking to add an experienced Order Processor to their team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and developing existing customer accounts, building strong and lasting relationships, accurately processing orders, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service from initial order through to delivery.

Details of the Role

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently and within deadlines.
• Purchase materials required for client jobs.
• Handle customer queries and communicate client needs to Account Managers and senior management.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Develop a strong understanding of our products and services.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous sales or customer service experience, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative.
• A positive team player with a willingness to support colleagues.
