The Role:

• Operate to a series of written procedures, goods receipt, booking stock on and off, scanning and  logging test certs, issuing test certs, processing orders, processing cut orders through the system, producing delivery notes when required, operating to ISO 9001.
• Investigate and account for any material shortfalls or excesses.
• Administer outworker orders to ensure timely and accurate processing of the detail.
• Provide copy invoices and proof of deliveries when required
• Investigate any shortages or excesses between physical stock and computer records identifying the cause of such problems.
• Producing material labels for stock.

About You:

• Know how to operate and fix problems with the printers, copiers and other equipment
• Experienced within stock and IT competent
• Experience with ISO standards
• Keep the filing and archiving accurate and up to date
• Ensure the ready supply of stationery to the works
• Keep the office tidy and well organised
• Maintain accurate PPE stock levels and usage reports

A salary of up to £11,000 , working a 20 hour week, plus on-site parking, pension, great company culture, 28 days holiday, ( pro rata) rising to 33 with service. Hours of work are 4 hours a day to suit you.
