Mpeople Recruitment have a fantastic new opportunity for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join a thriving business based in Rochdale.

  • Location: Rochdale (OL16)
  • Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 dependent on experience
  • Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday

The Office Administrator will work within the Recoveries Department to assist the Recoveries Handlers with their administration.

Within the team there are a number of handlers that look after their own caseloads, so it will be working to support each individual with their administrative duties. This will include duties such as answering incoming calls and forwarding them to the relevant person, typing up legal documents on Microsoft Word, sending and responding to emails from business stakeholders, maintaining the data base and uploading new information (data entry), and scanning and photocopying of documents.

 

The required traits, skills, and background:

  • Experience within an office-based role is desirable
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to use basic Microsoft Office packages like Word and Outlook
  • Enthusiastic and a great work ethic
  • Helpful and a great team-player
  • Self-motivated
  • A willingness and dedication to learn
