Mpeople recruitment are excited to be in partnership with a well-established Engineering business based in the Oldham area, who are looking to add an experienced MIG Welder to their team on a temporary basis. This role will last between 4 to 6 weeks however may lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
- Role: MIG Welder
- Location: Oldham
- Salary: £12.89 per hour
- Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 4:30pm and 7:30am to 12:30pm on Fridays
Your duties as a MIG Welder will include but not be limited to:
- Fabrication and welding of various components
- Working from and reading technical drawings
- Predominantly jig work
- Tack parts up and weld to engineering specifications
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following health and safety guidelines
The successful MIG Welder will possess the following skills:
- Previous experience within MIG Welding
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to work as a part of a team
