IT Support Technician – Job Overview

Role Overview:
Join a growing IT group, providing 1st to 2nd line support from the desk with occasional travel to other offices and clients. Responsibilities include managing tickets under SLA agreements, telephone support, and proactively monitoring systems. Knowledge sharing within the team is encouraged.
Required Experience:
- Office365 (Intune, Exchange Online, EntraID)
- Server infrastructure (HP, Dell, Supermicro)
- Networking (VLANs, routing, firewalls, hardware)
- Backups, Windows (10/11, Server 2016+), connectivity, and VOIP
- Full UK driving licence with business insurance
Desirable:
- Linux knowledge
- Microsoft certifications
