IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
Thorpe Park Business Park, Leeds – negotiable up to £28K depending on experience

Boasting excellent growth, both organically and through acquisition and merger, my client needs to hire a new 1st / 2nd Line Support Technician to be based out of their Leeds headquarters.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:-
- Not archetypical ticket IT support / password reset role, very hands-on and client-led
- Support projects as IT subject matter expect to ensure seamless integration of new systems
- Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID.
- Implement and maintain Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, web apps and networking components.
- Administer Intune for device management, overseeing policy configuration and application deployment.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, develop monitoring automation and conduct routine maintenance tasks.
- Design, implement, and manage network solutions in Azure, collaborating closely with our MSP for seamless integration.
- Advanced and in-depth training needs and management
YOU WILL BE / HAVE:-
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role is essential
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environment
- Windows Server administration
- Experience with at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python, SQL, Bash etc.)
- Experience writing technical documentation and IT policies
- Experiencing of managing a fleet of corporate laptops
- Experience with Linux administration (desirable)
- Great communications skills and ability to work well in a team
