Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing first-line IT support, assisting colleagues with technical issues
  • Logging and managing support requests using a call-logging system
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including PCs, mobile devices, Microsoft Office, and internal systems
  • Liaising with external IT providers when necessary
  • Delivering excellent customer service and IT support across the firm
  • Assisting in maintaining and improving IT processes

Skills and Experience Required:
