Key Responsibilities:
- Providing first-line IT support, assisting colleagues with technical issues
- Logging and managing support requests using a call-logging system
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including PCs, mobile devices, Microsoft Office, and internal systems
- Liaising with external IT providers when necessary
- Delivering excellent customer service and IT support across the firm
- Assisting in maintaining and improving IT processes
Skills and Experience Required:
- A strong interest in IT, technical support, and troubleshooting
- Ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple IT requests
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
