Internal Sales Executive

Wakefield/Rotherham

£22K - £24K depending on experience and team bonus

Our client  a leader in their field is actively recruiting for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join a growing team, one based in Wakefield and one based in Rotherham. There is no cold calling within this role, it is a mixture of up and cross sell to warm clients coupled with Account management and processing of orders.

As internal Sales Executive your duties will include:

• Mixed inbound and outbound role in a busy sales office
• Taking multiple orders each day and processing
• Contacting a large list of existing customers
• Take inbound calls and potential orders
• Making calls to introduce yourself and our products and services
• Upselling and cross-selling
• Using extensive product knowledge to keep customers informed of our products / services
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues
• A very varied position
• Working hours 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

• Be able to communicate and work well with others in the team
• Present new products/services and cross selling to both existing and new clients
• Achieving realistic targets
• Building strong client relationships and offering an excellent customer service
