Are you an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator looking to work for a well-established company based in Leigh who work internationally? Do you want to work in modern and spacious offices with a company that values staff.  Your main duties will be providing information such as pricing, lead times, stock levels to customers, this will be via email and over the phone, liaising with a varied client base and internal team. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, who has a strong attention to detail and works well in a fast paced environment. You will be rewarded with a business that supports personal growth, career progression, and provides ongoing training.  Hours 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm with one hour for lunch.   Salary is £24,000 rising to £25,000 following a successful probation period.    

Internal Sales Co-Ordinator duties: 

  • Quoting customers, advising stock levels, giving product advice, suggesting products ideas. 
  • Liaise with customers and internal departments regarding any issues with customer orders. 
  • Making outbound calls to lapsed and existing customers maintain and update customer contact list. 
  • To work as an integral member of the Sales Team and be prepared to offer support and help to all colleagues. 
  • Liaising directly with suppliers in China/Europe/UK to gain pricing information. 
  • Assist in updating customer’s websites to include the product range. 
  • Liaising directly with suppliers in China/Europe/UK to gain pricing information. 
  • Analysing spreadsheets, to monitor spend and product trends. 
  • Although mainly inbound calls, the successful candidate would be expected to make some outbound calls to established customers. 

Internal Sales Co-Ordinator Requirements: 

  • Experience in a similar role or a background in Sales Support, Sales Administration or Customer Service would be advantageous, however, full training will be given.
  • Required proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel. 
  • An understanding of working in a fast-paced environment, able to meet deadlines and can prioritise workloads.  
  • Possess strong communication written and numerical skillset, with a good telephone manner,  ability to build rapport quickly and a team player.   
  • Must have a high level of accuracy.
