Our client a rapidly expanding online distributor, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their dynamic team and help them to propel B2B and B2C sales to greater heights. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on sales experience and a desire to excel in their field.
As our Sales Account Manager, you will report directly to the Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Utilising Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) to streamline and optimise sales processes.
- Nurturing and expanding existing trade accounts, building strong relationships with valued clients.
- Account management - up and cross sell
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, driving growth in the market.
- Maintaining regular communication with existing customer base to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cultivating a robust forward sales pipeline to keep our momentum strong.
- Providing excellent support to new customer inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Prospecting for new customers, expanding the companies reach and market presence.
Experience
We are seeking adaptable, well-organised, and motivated individuals with the following key qualities:
- Hands-on sales experience that drives results and exceeds expectations, from both account management up and cross sell and providing an excellent customer service
- Self-motivated and capable of managing your work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
